Tuareg is the embossed version of the tivano, a semi-aniline leather with a hand-buffed finishing and a stone-washed effect. Produced with cattle of European origin, it has a thickness of 1.2-1.4 mm. The embossing is made on 2.5 sqm half hide. Due to the technical characteristics of the finish it is not possible to grant high surface resistance to rubbing or light. Furthermore, the particular processing does not guarantee uniformity of colour between different batches.
